Interview Practice

You have experience. Your interview needs concrete examples.

Use 16 assignments to build six truthful experience stories, shape your introduction and practise three interviews. A review rubric helps you revise specific weaknesses.

Who it is for

Experienced professionals, returners and career changers preparing for a specific application.

What is included

8 lessons, 16 assignments, six experience cards and three self-reviewed mock interviews.

How you learn

Written self-study course with PDF, fillable workbook and offline learning pages. No videos, live coaching or individual assessment.

A look inside the practice

Question: “How have you handled competing priorities?” Answer: “During an understaffed Saturday shift, collections and callbacks were competing for attention. I was coordinating enquiries at the desk. I checked promised collection times, marked time-sensitive cases and agreed callback ownership with the shift lead. The agreed callbacks were completed by the end of the shift. Next time I would make the priority criteria visible before the busy period.”

Exercise 5: Label S, T, A and R in the example. Which decision demonstrates prioritisation? Exercise 6: Speak through one of your cards in 90 seconds. Afterwards, write down only the missing information. Repeat without reading a script.

S: understaffed shift. T: coordinate enquiries. A: check commitments, mark time-sensitive cases, agree ownership. R: agreed callbacks completed. Prioritisation is visible through the criterion of promised collection times. The reflection identifies a specific improvement. Your answer need not use these words, but it should fulfil all four functions.
